Company History

Ivett & Reed has been a household name in the city of Cambridge for over a century.

Founded in 1896, the company's early premises were on first Regent Street, then Mill Road. In 1903 the company relocated to its current premises at 615 Newmarket Road.

Still a family business today, Ivett & Reed continues to offer the bespoke stonemasonry and memorial masonry services which helped build its reputation.

In addition, the company has grown into a leading independent retailer of fireplaces, fires and stoves.

Ivett & Reed has invested heavily in modern showroom facilities and state-of-the-art machinery to fully equip the business for the challenges of the 21st century.
