Our expertise in fireplaces can be traced back to our origins in 1896, when we began creating elegant stone and marble chimneypieces. Now, over a century later, we still hand carve our own stone fireplace designs in our Cambridge masonry workshops.

Additionally, we have developed into a major independent retailer and installer of woodburning and multifuel stoves, and gas and electric fires.

We are a HETAS-registered installer of solid fuel appliances and flue systems. Using a HETAS-registered installer exempts homeowners from having to notify Building Control of a solid fuel installation.

For gas fire installations, we use experienced local Gas Safe Registered engineers who have worked with us for many years and know our gas products inside out. This ensures a safe and legal installation of your appliance, whether natural gas or LPG.
