Click & Collect

Our free Click & Collect service* allows you to order products online for collection from our Cambridge premises at your convenience. Simply follow these steps:

1. Add all the required items to your cart and pay using our secure SagePay payment partner.

2. You will receive an immediate email acknowledging your order.

3. We will check product availability and send an order confirmation as soon as possible (no later than the end of the next working day).

4. Your order confirmation will either notify you that your order is ready for collection, or what the anticipated lead time is.

Please don't travel to collect until you receive an email notifying you that your order is complete and ready for collection!

Collections can be made between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Please note that heavy goods may only be collected on a Saturday (AM only) by prior arrangement.

Please remember that stoves, fires etc. are often large and heavy items which must be transported upright, so please collect in an appropriate vehicle.

* Some manufacturers have an internet policy which prevents us including their products in our Click & Collect range. If you wish to buy one of these products, please contact us by email or telephone, or visit us in person at our Cambridge showroom.
