Tiled and cast fronts became fashionable during the Hanoverian era and were made to either obscure or embellish a larger chimney opening.
The Stovax Victorian can be fitted to the 22” high x 16” wide (560 x 405mm) chimney opening of a modern home, with or without a Milner firebrick.
Featuring richly detailed castings and a wide choice of tiles and finishes, the Victorian Tiled Fireplace can be selected as either a front only, for chimneys with a firebrick, or as a complete fireplace insert with cast iron back.
Meanwhile the Victorian Tiled Convector has been ingeniously adapted to bring you the greater efficiency of convector heating, with both solid fuel and gas fire versions available.
The Victorian Tiled Fireplace can be ordered in either a Matt Black or Highlight Polished finish, with a choice of Classic, Floral or Tiled Hood, while the Tiled Convector version is also available Fully Polished.
