IMPORTANT NOTE ON FIREPLACES, FIRES, STOVES ETC.

We offer a comprehensive installation or supply only service for customers in our local area (normally within a 50 mile radius of Cambridge). A delivery service is also available within this area (cost on application). Customers outside this area interested in any goods on our website are welcome to order from us on a supply only collection basis, otherwise we recommend that you follow the links to manufacturers' websites to get in touch with a stockist in your local area.

Our aim is to offer customers a complete service, from displaying a wide range of products and offering recommendations in our showroom, through to after-sales support such as technical advice and backup.
We are NOT an 'internet discount shop' and DO NOT operate a nationwide delivery or mail-order service. We sell fires, stoves, accessories etc. at manufacturers' suggested retail prices.

Fires, stoves, fireplaces etc. are NOT a 'do-it-yourself' product. It is a legal requirement that gas appliances must be fitted by a CORGI registered gas fitter. Solid fuel fires/fireplaces must be installed by a HETAS registered fitter or registered with local authority building control.
