Very neat and positive approach, with a great outcome.
Alan Reece Building
We were asked by the Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge to create a plaque to commemorate the opening of the Alan Reece Building on 19 November 2009.
Welsh Dark Blue Grey Slate was chosen for the plaque, with a white painted inscription.
The Duke of Edinburgh unveiled the plaque at the opening of the building, and we returned later to fix the plaque into its permanent position.
We create bespoke stone plaques in all shapes and sizes in our Cambridge workshops, from simple house numbers and signs to large commemorative plaques. Please contact us with your requirements.
