DELIVERY

Tiles can be delivered direct to site across the UK.

Larger tile orders (generally an order of value over £2,000) are delivered free in most cases, using Beltrami's own truck with hi-ab crane.

Smaller tile orders are delivered by pallet courier with tail lift. Delivery charges apply (to be advised on enquiry/order).

In both cases, delivery is kerbside only, and sufficient access must be available for the delivery vehicles to operate. Tight country lanes, double-parked city streets and overhead cables/trees can cause problems with the delivery vehicles, so please ask if you are unsure.

Most tile formats are held in stock and can be delivered in around 7 to 10 days from confirmed order. Some formats are special order only, so lead times will be longer. This can be advised at the time of your initial enquiry.

INSTALLATION

We are happy to quote to install large domestic and commercial projects in our local region (generally within 50 miles of Cambridge).

For smaller domestic projects and installations outside our area, it would be most cost effective for you to employ a local professional tiler who is experienced at handling and installing natural stone tiles.

We can provide technical sheets for each material which includes installation guidelines for you to pass on to your tiler.

Please note that, while we are happy to advise and guide you on the properties and suitability of our materials, it is ultimately the responsibility of your professional tiler to ensure that you select a material and tile format suitable for the area being tiled.
