Taking its inspiration from the late 17th century bolection profile that Sir Christopher Wren borrowed from Italian architecture, The Alderney is shown in vibrantly veined Arabescato marble from Carrara.
One of the most well known and widely used of all Italian marbles, Arabescato has a palette of ivory as a background to strong veining that ranges from dusty to dark grey.
Also available in the following materials:
Lilac is a calcite marble with a translucent white base that is the background to strong and randomly distributed veining moving in colour between violet, lilac and black. Lilac marble is quarried in the Mugla region of South West Turkey bordering the Aegean Sea.
A striking monochromatic material, Nero Marquina takes its name from the small mountain town of Markina in the Basque Country of northern Spain.
