This recent installation, for a very happy client in Cambridge, combines a classically proportioned fireplace with the latest energy efficient wood burning stove technology. The bespoke Portland stone surround was hand finished in our own workshops and contrasts beautifully with the infill and hearth in Galaxy Black soft stippled granite. Set into the fireplace is a Barbas Unilux-6 67 wood burning cassette stove. Our HETAS registered installers also relined the chimney and fitted a new chimney pot, rain cap and bird guard.
