Showroom - Appointments & Viewing
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5pm (from 9am on Wednesdays).
We are asking clients to make an appointment if they want to be guaranteed to be able to speak to a member of staff for advice. Please contact us on 01223 213500 or email info@ivettandreed.co.uk to book a showroom appointment.
Our doors will be open for anyone to call in and view our selection of products and materials, but please be aware that a member of staff may not be available to speak to if you don't have an appointment.
We have had a risk assessment carried out and have introduced measures to make our business "Covid-19 Secure" in line with government guidance.
For the safety of staff and clients, we must politely insist that social distancing rules are maintained by clients throughout any visit to our premises. Hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities are available to all clients.
If you have any specific concern ahead of visiting our showroom, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss this with you.
Office
Our office is open from 8.30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) to take enquiries, prepare estimates/quotations and to process new orders for all areas of our business (fireplaces, worktops, memorials and stonework).
Production & Installation
Our production and installation services for fireplaces, memorials, worktops and stonework are all working as normal.
