Following our temporary closure due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have begun a phased reopening of our business.
Our office is open from 10am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) to take enquiries, prepare estimates/quotations and to process new orders for all areas of our business (fireplaces, worktops, memorials and stonework).
Initially the office will be manned by a very small team, so please bear with us as response times may be longer than usual.
Our showroom is open strictly by prior appointment. Please call us on 01223 213500 to discuss your requirements further.
To maintain the safety of staff and clients, we must politely insist that social distancing rules are maintained by clients throughout any visit to our premises.
To avoid disappointment please don't travel to visit us without an appointment. We will have very limited staff numbers on site, so it will not be possible to see clients at short notice.
Production & Installation
We are currently working with a very small team of staff for the fabrication and installation of worktops only.
Our fireplace and memorial fitting services will start to resume in June.
Collections & Deliveries
For the initial phase of our reopening the gate to our premises may be closed, due to our very limited staff numbers on site.
Clients wishing to collect completed orders are advised to contact us on 01223 213500 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can discuss the possibility of collecting by prior arrangement. The safety of our staff and clients remains of paramount importance to us, so any collection will need to be completed whilst maintaining social distancing rules.
Suppliers wishing to make deliveries to us are advised to contact us in advance to check that we are in a position to receive the goods in question. There will be a notice on our gate for delivery drivers with a contact telephone number to gain access to our yard.
